This is the 3rd time this month connection has dropped for wifi and on Christmas day even worse. In November 2024 i had no connection for 5 days an engineer came out fixed the issue at the main box in my area and discovered my telephone line was not connected, that explains not being able to receive or make calls for past 2 years. No dial tone but Sky insist its the handset i have bought that is faulty ( i have bought 5 and returned 4 handsets believing they did not work. No refund or apology received from sky the advisor was dismissive and basically said the internet was back up and running so thats that! Considering i have been with Sky over 10+ yrs you would think i would have a better experience but the truth is im forever trapped in their contracts! Angry Sky ruined my families Christmas!
