@Andreibobina Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

@Andreibobina Take it that you probably have the sky Max hub, that's white in colour!

Do you mean you added the WiFi Max subscription supplement and so received a white Max Hub (it's on loan, not purchased)?

Re: Very bad signal

@Andreibobina If you have not tried already, then using your app, reduce the wireless securities down from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK, link below helps and explains about it. If the 5 Ghz has auto channelled up high there is nothing that can be done about that apart from a switch off leave 5 mins and it may channel down. All the info is in the advanced section on the link!

Sky Max change settings link.
