Bad Signal in multiple rooms

Bad signal in all rooms at the back of the house. WiFi is ok in rooms at the front but at the back I have very bad signal (1-2 out of 4 bars), phones will switch to mobile data, tablets won't load and video calls are constantly dropping out. Sky WiFi checked says all devices have good signal but this isn't the case. 

I'm a Sky Max customer, can I get a Max Pod extender to boost the signal?

You can @Terrifoulds as Sky will supply up to 3 of these as you have Max on your account so you will need to call them about this.
