Venting frustration..
Dear all,
No internet for almost three weeks now, two "engineer" visits.. no luck.
Tried to speak to someone so I could complain.. seems there is no such thing. Only technical staff from abroad telling me they raise the complaint.
NO ONE from a "complaint" department seem to exist.
Terrible customer service, or non existent really.
Is there a more direct route to speak to someone who cares?
Thank you for reading.

Re: Venting frustration..
If you're not convinced a complaint has been raised the below link explains the methods of making a complaint.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.

Re: Venting frustration..
Today, Fourth visit expected from 8am to 1pm by OpenReach, it is 12.50. Took day off to be there. No texts, no phone calls, no emails.
Waiting..
Over FOUR weeks with no Broadband. Well over 25 phone calls, a different person every time and countless emails sent of course.
I am SO amazed that service can be so bad. Truly astonishing.
Three days taken off work for no result. This is insane. What to do?

@Jcusingsky
What to do?
Did you make a complaint as suggested before?
