WiFi won’t work

Hello I have a sky glass and wifi with you in my last house wifi was fine in the new house it won't connect I have 2 kids so no sky is a night mare please call me

Did you book a Sky Home Move to transfer the broadband service from the previous address to the new one?

 

If so, and the broadband is working for other devices, is it just the Glass television which won't connect to WiFi?
