VPN issues
As of this morning my partner and I can no longer connect to our work VPNs. It seems from looking at other posts in the forum this is a common issue with the white Max hubs due to the rollout of MAP-T. It appears from reading other user's posts we need to have a post escalated to an expert so that we can be moved to a 1:1 mapping. We have tried to call the helpline but they didn't seem aware of the issue. If anyone could help us with this we would be appreciative.

I've got the same issue. My IT have said I need to opt out of IP sharing (MAP-TCNAT). I raised it on here a couple of days ago, it got escalated and then I had to upload pictures of the back of a hub and my setup so a developer will look at it. Still waiting.
