How do I know if I need to return my sky reuter? We have a new contract at the new address and have been sent a new box - not sure what to do with the old one.

Sky will now notify you if it needs returned

There should be a return label in the bottom of the big box that the smaller hub box came in if a return is required
also on the front screen of the app is a grey broadband section
if you click on that before activating the new hub but will be listed
if after activation it will just list the return
