Useless speed not above 70mbs

Broadband is useless speeds.

Sky app always shows 70mbs or more but independent apps show it's hardly got a connection.

not happy and can I cancel please?

Hi @Bevi1971 

The Sky checker shows the line speed between your line & hub, this will be higher than the actual received speed via WiFi to your devices which is why the independent checks are usually lower. If you were to use an ethernet cable and check the speed you would likely find it to be very similar to the Sky checker.

Regarding cancelling you would need to call Sky to do this.
