I have just waisted 1 hour of my time trying to get help from the useless bot that has been put there soley to waist our time and refuse to give any geniune help
I have just joined your company and now i am leaving as you have no way to get things resolved by email or by any help from costomer services(WE ALL DONT HAVE £30 CREDIT TO WAIT IN CUES FOR HOURS TO GET A REAL PERSON TO HELP)
As you refuse to give any help and expect us to search your site for hours and hours to try get help then your company is not worth joining
waisting peoples time and effort because you wish to put some stupid bot that gives no help what so ever instead of having a real person in chat is not a good look for your none existant costomer service and i wish to leave because there is no help at all from costomers service
