NEW WIFI NOT WORKING

I just got my wifi installed on saturday and now it's not working. All the lights are on but there's no option to connect to it when i try on my phone to look for it

Hi, 

Press and HOLD the WPS button on the side of the sky hub, until the white light on the front starts flashing green. 

When it stops, try and connect.
