Upload Speed
For some reason my D/L speed has gone up and my U/L speed has gone down. Does anyone know how I can get the U/L speed improved slightly as I rang the tech team earlier and the operator said it couldnt be done. In the end he just advised that he would send me out a more upto date Sky Hub. cant see how this will resolve issue ?

Re: Upload Speed
What kind of speeds are you seeing? Sky nor Openreach typically dont guarantee upload speeds.

Re: Upload Speed
I am currently getting 32 D/L and around 3.5 U/L. Previously I was getting around 24 D/L and around 5.5 U/L.

Re: Upload Speed
That is on the low side of a 32mbps down connection but likely would not be considered a fault by Openreach or Sky. However if you do post your router stats we can see if there is any sort of line fault that could be used to prove an issue.
