Upgraded to sky booster

Good morning, I've upgraded to sky booster. Had a message saying I need to send old router back. But I've had no activation date for the booster to work. I thought I would use the original rotuner plus the booster but I'm guessing not. Could anyone help before I have to ring them Thanks

A Sky broadband booster works as soon as your main Sky broadband line is fully active, which happens on the confirmed Sky Tracking Order

Setting Up Your Booster

Wait for the Main Hub: Do not plug in your main router or booster before the official activation date.

Plug and Play: Once your main broadband is active and the main hub is connected, plug your Sky WiFi Booster into a power socket midway between your hub and the weak signal area.

Pairing: Press the WPS button on your main hub, then press the WPS button on your booster to connect them. 

If you're still having issues, You'll have to contact Sky to see if there a fault with the booster or connection, or lateness on 

activation.
