Fibre broadband not eorking

I have had fibre.broadband fitted today it worked for a couple of hours but now it does not work 

it keeps trying to reboot itself but as the green light comes on it quickly turns red and starts again

i I have rebooted the router and refitted all the cables but I don't have any internet
