Upgraded recently to Superfast... still stuck at 36Mbps

Tests show this again and again. What do I need to do? Advertised and email during the upgrade said below:

" We estimate your line could support between:  55.3 and 61.4Mbps download speed 14.6 and 16.2Mbps upload speed. You should expect a Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of 49.7 Mbps.

The router stats show you are connected at just under 62mbps.

When you run your tests, are they done over WiFi or are you connecting to the router with an ethernet cable?
