Sky account not registering my broadband package

When I log into the sky app, it doesn't think I have services with sky. I can't click on my account or bills or anything. Says restricted access as I'm not a sky customer. I definitely am and have been paying £30 a month for 6 months haha

Yes I still need help and I'm sick of waiting on the chat bubble. The form keeps failing and then it resets overnight
