Oh interesting. On a wired connection. Seeing between 2% - 5% packet loss, which seems high?

@VSLJames Yes it is, you have something else as i said going on, would reset BOTH your hub and the ONT but also switch them off for 30 mins, it's when you have the time to do it! 

 

It may also be the device that is happening too so can you run a teams call test say on a mobile for a quick test,
