Upgrade not working

I have been upgraded to fibre TODAY but because of where YOUR assigned engineer told us to position the router I am now unable to connect devices in other rooms 

do I need a booster or something? And if so, I need it asap

Its possible you need a booster if your router has been moved to a less favourable location. Information on boosters and how to get them can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

@Ross128 If possible then look to move the hub to were you had it befire with a longer Ethernet cable than supplied. That for sure is the best way if indeed it can be done!
