Very slow internet speeds on all devices

Hi,

UI'm experiencing severly slow internet seraching and loading of sites an applications across all y devices- Laptop, mobiles and tablets. Even when there's only one or two in use.

The router is very old and perhaps the cause. Reboots and unplugiin git hasn;'t made any difference.

Pease resolve ASAP and or send a new outer as the current one is circa 4 years old if not more.
