Upgrade from 500mbps to 900mbps

It's only been 10 hours since I agreed to upgrade to giga fast 900mbps, when will I see my speed increase? It actually says I'm now on 900 mbps on my details but a speed test shows 444 mbps?

thanks in advise

@GLH1981 Two things can go on, takes sky to Profile you up to the FF900 and that is when someone at sky get's to it, the other is just don't expect to get 900Mb/s all the time and everytime, the Internet and servers just don't work that way!

@GLH1981 Use the service checker and see where the line is at, you will see the jump from FF500 to the FF900 applied!

Re: Upgrade from 500mbps to 900mbps

@GLH1981 I have seen the FF500 connection as low as 200Mb/s sustained transfer, was in peak time, and no doubt the event was the club world cup final, and streaming would have been everywhere, 95% off the time my FF500 is up there at the 500/70 no issue!
