Upgrade but no speed evident

You was meant to update my sky broadband, so far no evidence of a better performance. It is even worse, with buffering and slow speed. Not acceptable

What speeds are you expecting now?

I had a Sky Q upgraded to new connection in June, a new line. No improvement, the FAST APP provided is just a fake connection speed

I was told should be 150, not even close
