Upgrade broadband price

This might sound like a silly question

I am looking at upgrading my broadband to super max. I currently pay roughly £50 per month when i have clicked to upgrade it is coming up at £35 per month... my question is, is this ontop of the £50 i already pay or will i only pay £35? I just dont understand how it could he cheaper to upgrade and seems too good to ge true

You'll  pay a starting price of £35 a month for the initial two year minimum term (although this will increase with annual price rises in April of each year)

Wholesale pricing incentivises ISPs to get customers to migrate to FTTP: the increase in bandwidth has negligible cost to providers.
