Upgrade Sky Services or Cancel
I have been with Sky for some time now and am paying £79.50 a month for their services (not broadband) - I would be subject to a month's notice should I cancel my subscription with Sky. Because I pay £118.00 a month for Sky and phone/broadband combined (the latter via another provider) I am considering just having one provider for all in order to reduce my monthly outgoings. Having looked at Sky, could I upgrade and change my existing contract to take in a rage of products that also includes broadband and comes in at £81 a month (with no loss to the services I have and would like)? I am looking at other providers but this package looks favourable if I am permitted to 'switch'/'change' without penalty. The unfortunate issue is that I still have 6 months remaining on contract with my braodband/phone provider but I have written to them to ask what the early termination chnarge would be, noting braodband and a home phone is a critical requirement for me whereby the service would need to be as good, if not better, than my current broadband provider. Can I talk to a human at Sky?

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
