We are seeing very intermittent WiFi, and keep getting disconnected on our phones/laptops. After a minute or two, the devices then reconnect.
the internet speeds also vary from 135mbps down to 60mbps when it is working.

Thanks @Chrisee . When the devices are disconnected, the router still shows a solid white line. The guide you shared (thank you for that) says that if the router is showing a solid white light then there are no issues. I've also done the diagnostics in the My Sky app, which shows that the WiFi and broadband are both green.
