Unsuccessful Sky Hub Max setup

Hi team, My broadband went live today and I did the setup of the hub as per instructions however it keeps saying there's an issue and the installation cannot be completed. When plugged in, the hub displays an orange light which turns to red after a few seconds. I already restarted multiple times, tried different power plugs, checked the service in my area, none of these are an issue. As I've already lost a day of service I paid for but didn't receive, please advise.

What service have you signed up to, part fibre (FTTC) or full fibre (FTTP)?

 

Is this a new connection or a move from another provider?

 

What Hub do you have?

 

What connections have you made to it?
