Unstable network

I am not able to use me wifi properly even sitting just next to the router. While video calling suddenly it says poor connection. Mostly on my iphone i get prompt message no connection use mobile data or keep trying wifi. I was setting up my new phone but was unable because every time it says check your wifi. Connection lost
