Wi-fi doesn't reach bedrooms/bathroom for phones, it drops out and 5g is activated

The wi-fi is poor to the upper corners of the house and drops out. If wi-fi active it is poor in these areas but often, doesn't reach at all meaning that we are using our data allowance. I upgraded in september and this seems worse than my previous wi-fi

@Tammitaboo its a common issue as in msny houses you ned more than a single wifi router to get usable WiFi in every room. Bathrooms can be a particular issue as if you have foil faced insulation in the walls. Sky will sell you an add-on which can provide WiFi extender details are here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own whole home  wifi kit if you prefer which can be cheaper in the long run.
