Unstable internet on Zoom call

Just over the last week or so, I have been getting problems with the screen freezing when on a zoom call, I use zoom quite a lot and have never had this before, it seems that the other callers can hear me but for a few seconds they all freeze, I am getting an on screen message saying internet unstable or no connection.  I have tried disconnecting my router and re powering up but this has not fixed the problem.  I do work with lots of tabs open, could this be the problem.  Please find stats below.

Your stats don't suggest an issue although I notice you only use WiFi, not ethernet.

Have you tried the WiFi troubleshooting steps here;

Thank you @jamesn123 for checking that, it looks like I may need a wifi extender.  I live in a very old cottage with thick stone walls.  My SkyQ and mini box are both working fine but my computer is on the other side of the cottage.  I will look at an ethernet cable but this may prove to be difficult given the thicness of walls etc!  I think the easiest solution may be an extender from Sky but not sure how to do this, I will go on my Sky account to find out.  Thank you for your help.

Your solution may be powerline if direct ethernet is difficult. Powerline uses your existing electrical wiring to carry the data from two plug points.
