Unstable connection upstairs

Good evening,

Hope you are well. 
In our upstairs bedrooms we get unstable connection majority of the time which makes it hard for us to work via zoom etc.

Are you able to provide us a booster for upstairs please?

We pay for the fastest Wi-Fi so would assume it would be strong in all rooms in our home.

Sky only provide boosters if you have the broadband boost or Sky WiFi Max addons. If you have one of these you can contact Sky to have one sent out.
