Tv freezing

Our LG tv keeps freezing and programmes not loading and states the internet connection is unstable. It also says there's faults with the programme. However when I check the connection it states it is fine. I have unplugged the tv, sky and broadband and it keeps doing the same thing

@Danielle575  I think there may be some confusion as to what is being used and what is actually freezing.

 

What are you using to access programmes and On demand content, Sky Q or SKy Stream?

We have Sky Stream, its been happening for 3 days now on and off freezing. So I'm not sure whether it's that or the internet
