Unstable WiFi and slow speed

Hi,

 

I am a new Sky customer and I have a master socket from Openreach placed within my home office.

 

Internet speed is good near the Modem and WIFI is stable. Outside of my office WiFi drops in and out and speed drops from 500mb download to 15mb in my living room, 10 to 15 feet away. My wife works from home and has found meetings via Teams to be impossible. Not sure how to fix this issue. I never had these issues with BT which i was using for almost 3 years, I switched to Sky 1 week ago.

Hi @Natkwak23 

Sounds like you need a booster from Sky or to look at using a 3rd party mesh system.
