Unstable Fibre internet connection

Unstable internet connection, unable to browse or work with the fibre broadband from SKY Ultrafast. Contacted customer service one agent accepted there was an issue with a line and another agent cannot find any issue. Offered booster box . But still having the unstable internet and keeps droping every minute or few minutes, it was once in a month, then week, day, now hour and minutes. all i could see is below logs from router. Attaching router statistics as well for more info. Can anyone fix this issue? or faced similar issue and got it fixed from Sky?.Screenshot 2023-02-08 at 22.12.26.png

My connection issue was due to my office VPN. After calling third time SKY customer service, one of them able to identify the isue and disabled my sky internet shield which was causing the connection issue with VPN and also i have upgraded my package to Fibre Ultrafast Plus. So now not having the connection issue anymore.

@jupiters I am escalating your post to Sky as it is clear your hub is losing connection which is unusual for a fibre connection but can happen if one of tge fibre welds is not perfect. Expect to be contacted by Sky offering a chat session through the forum where a chat button will appear. You have 48 hours to start the chat before it disapears. After taking you through security checks they will hopefully report the issue to Openreach.
