Unresolved intermittent WiFi outages
Sky broadband technical department say they can't find anything wrong with my broadband service. I reported it keeps dropping out. The have replaced the router and its cable to my phone line master socket. The problem has not been solved. 3 outages this afternoon alone. Received a text today saying sky think it's fixed. It's not. It used to be a rare occurrence. Now it's at least 3 times a day. Poor service. Everything h I. The house including my Q box has been replaced. The fault is external. I've asked for this to be investigated ( yesterday). I was told I'd get a call back within 72 hours. Nothing except the above mentioned text message. Not happy. There is plainly a problem.
