I recently moved and had an engineer visit on [ 26th November] to assess the optical fiber connection. During the visit, I was informed that Openreach would be notified and that my connection would be restored within two days. Unfortunately, as of today, my internet connection is still not active.
I have contacted your customer care team but have not received clear answers regarding the status of my request. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on the connection for my work
Could you please provide an update on the current status of my connection and an estimated time for resolution?
