Unbelievable slow WiFi!

Can't belive I switched from BT to sky. Absolutely shocking! Can't even stream BBC sounds for radio. Been getting 1.2-1.7mbps last 24hours! So disappointed. Our TV is sky stream and can't even watch a blo#*! film. Shocking!
