Unable to upload to remote ftp server.

Just joined sky broadband and unable to upload to a remote server using a ftp client tried opening port 20, 21 and 22 but still fails to connect. You get signal etc shows ports are closed. Is there any way of getting this to work.

Sky do not block these ports, i use these all the time with no issues, have you checked your firewall and antirvus? maybe one of them blocking.

Hub is the sr213 sky max hub. Tried with firewall completely disabled via the app and router settings for ipv4 and ipv6. Unable to check antivirus via the app.

Sorted. Found out that after Plesk migration it required additional ports opened on firewall to enable passive ftp
