Unable to order broadband – system says address already in use
Hi, I’ve just moved into a new flat and I’m trying to sign up for Sky Broadband.
However, the online system says that there is already an active Sky user at my address, so I can’t proceed with the order.
The previous tenant has moved out, and I’m now the legal resident.
How can I get this fixed so I can sign up for a new broadband contract under my name?
Thanks in advance for your help!

@PinkyLam That would more than likely be a call to sky, the other previous tennants have either not cancelled, walked away, could have not paid any bills, so sky will not release and neither will any other provider get it off sky! You could end up in a long wait for it to be sorted out! And sky may just not even talk to you so be prepared for the conversation!
