Unable to connect to xbox network when on sky wifi

My Xbox is connected to Sky Internet but is unable to connect to the Xbox network the IPv4 and IPv6 are working and the NAT type is open. Whenever I test network speed and statistics it says:

Download speed: Not available
Upload Speed: Not available
Packet loss: Not available
MTU: Not available
Latency: Not available
Wireless strength:100%

There was a problem with some of the tests. Try again later.

We have tried to factory reset the console itself and restart the router and there has been no changes beyond the xbox coming back online for a few hours/minutes before disconneting.

on the main screen for the Xbox network it says:

WIFI NAME

IPv4 & IPv6
NAT type: Open
Service info is unavailable

There are multiple Xbox consoles in the house and all of them are experiencing the same issue please fix it as it is something on skys side of things

@Munkki  Sky Broadband shield is not a one size fits all deal. Some people like the control they have in what certain people can see when connected to the network at the property and others might just have it off as they don't see the need for it and can in fact police themselves in what and where they go on the internet and what they use their devices for.
