Unable to connect to network through tv

Cannot connect to any freeview channels. I have tried shutting down the router and rebooting it, but still no signal. Smart hub connection test says Error code 102?

Freeview channels arrive through an aerial.  Are you trying to use Freeview Play, or a catch-up service from a free to air station?

Catch up channels, but just realised that my landlines is not recognising any numbers I dial.?
