Voice light went amber then off once reset, still no internet

Last Friday our Sky Hub had issues with the Voice light being amber and causing us to have no internet, after doing all the steps we had been instructed to do it still didnt fix the issue then it randomly decided to work again after 12am sometime the next day.

 

But today (less than a week since the last problem) it has done it again so we had done the steps we previously tried just incase and it has caused the voice light to go completely off now. This is ridiculous and the fact we can't get a engineer out until the 22nd of September is outrageous
