Unable to connect to internet

Unable to connect devices to the internet. 
switched Broadband box off and back on 

all lights green 

run the checks by signing in to my sky account which says everything is fine yet no devices will connect - phones, tv, I pads , lap top - all day unable to connect to network. 
I don't know what else to try
