We have just installed out new sky hub into a new property that we have just moved into.

The sky hub is installed in our new house and is connected to our devices, however,it seems that we cannot connect to the internet on our devices even though everything is working correctly. I did the service checker test and it said everything was fine. Still no connection. There is a red fault light on our ONT but I don't know if that is the issue
