Unable to connect new account to Sky ID

I ordered wifi and had it installed on 19th, I've not had any welcome email to set up and activate my account, I can't view my bills, make payments, tried to connect my sky ID but I don't have an account number and when I put my postcode and title in it says unexpected error, please help because I'm just going round in circles on this website

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:
