Unable to connect Sky Max Pod
I am unable to connect my Sky Max Pod to the hub, I have called twice now and not been helped. I cant find the instructions to add the pod manually, I have moved the pod so that it is about 3 metres from the hub, I have turned the hub off, reset the hub and also turned off and reset the pod. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone got any ideas? I have an engineer booked but the first available slot is 31st December 2024.
