@WelshCottage  If you are seeing these lower speeds on both wired and wireless it does look like a network issue. Do you get the same speed on all of the speed testers.

 

Are you able to run a wored and wireless test using the links below to see if this is the case with just that one device connected so that you know nothing else is using the internet at the time.

It just gives you more evidence that it is just not one speed tester that you are using, but multiple speed testers.

All taken wthin a few minutes, now really high, but all checkers are consistant (ish) so the earlier reading I belive would be fair representation:

When running those checks i ahve made no changes to devices etc, exactly the same as when I ran the tests earlier today for consistancy

@WelshCottage  If you are seeing that you are below your minimum doing these speed tests I would get on to Sky and ask them to look into this. As if you do the broadband test it is showing that you are getting the speed to the router.

 

But there does seem to be a network issue if you are showing with different speed tests with results that you are getting well under the speed that you are supposed to be getting they need to do a few checks for you. Also if they ask how many devices you have connected when running these tests, say just one and nothing else is connected.
