Unable to Track My Order – No Delivery Update

I can’t track my order as it says, “Contact us to get an update on your order.........” I also haven’t received any delivery update emails. What does this mean? I subscribed and made the payment on 11 March 2025.

You can either leave it for a few days to see if that message clears or call Sky as it suggests.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:


https://www.sky.com/help/home


Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
