Unable to Connect Router to Sky Box - Twice in a Week

Hi,

I cant connect my sky router to the sky box, its the second time its happned this week.

The first time was on tuesday and this was fixed by a sky expert but the same issue reaccured the next day. 

Ive tried to follow the same steps as i did with the sky expert but nothing seems to be happening this time.

Any ideas, might need a new sky box or i might need to speak with a sky expert again. 

My broadband and WIFI is working fine.

@Ozzy81 what coulur is your Sky hub and what Sky"box" are you trying to connect, if its.Sky Q box is it the main one or a Sky Q mini?

im trying to connect my main sky Q box and it's a black sky Q box

@Ozzy81 the steps are outlined here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub but it is worth restarting the Skybhub and Q box before you start simply unplug the power forca few seconds but let tgem both fullybrestart before trying to connect them.
