Unable To Sign Up Online Due To Account Detected

Lived here 7 years, not had Sky,  not able to sign up  online with new customer incentives due to sky system finding account associated with my address.

 

Phoned 0330 number said not able tp remove previous account, said should drop off automatically, has been 7 years

 

Do not want to sign up by phone, shall I go elsewhere and try again in 2 years???????

 

Prevuois owners probably had Sky
