Which Ultrafast service did you order?

For wireless devices those speeds are entirely plausible, and there's no such thing as an 'average': all WiFi is zero Mbs after a few walls.

Using my phone, my 500Mbs BT FTTP (the same wholesale service as Sky Ultrafast+ just showed 168Mbs inbound and 74Mbs outbound.

The desktop PC using an ethernet connection gets around 450Mbs

Ethernet cable is a wired network connection between the ports on the rear of the router and a socket on a client device (desktop computer, some laptops, some consoles, but not phones or tablets)
