Telephone cable

My telephone cable has been chewed by my pup. I have an extension telephone plug that was put in by an engineer, due to my TV being on the opposite room to the original box. How do I book an engineer?

@Christine56  Is the telephone plug for to connect your broadband to the master socket or is this for a Sky box of some sort you plug the phone into?
