Ultrafast 1

Ultra fast 1 router is connected into sky q box ok

I am getting tv notifications on tv screen stating WIFI lost. This is intermittent and disappears after a 1 min

I have reset the netwoek on the tv several times

Can I connect from the router direct to TV with ethernet cable

@sonytv55  You should be able to add an ethernet cab;e to the TV, but may need to go into your TV settings menu to reconfigure it to switch to ethernet.  Your TVs manual will guide you.

There are 2 yellow ports and a purple port which are vacant. Do you have any idea which one to use

On a Sky Hub the yellow ports are ethernet RJ45 sockets.

 

The purple one will be for an incoming copper broadband connection on an RJ11 plug and not relevant in this context.
